how overlap in sequence of posting document occurs ?

hi all , can you help me to find the reason for this error?
when making goods receipt for purchase order, some documents generated withe sequence later than others, but the later sequence documents created a day before the earlier sequence documents
and in making more GR, documents continue their correct sequence.
