Spacing issue while exporting a MS SQL Report to PDF

I am using MS SQL Reporting Services 2005 to generate reports for my website. When I am exporting the report through Report Server its working fine (gives a proper formatted report). But when I am exporting the report through my code, its generating a report with so many blank spaces in between the components. How can I be able to remove those unwanted extra spaces?
