Why my MS SQL Server 2005 DSN Connection is not Working

I have a connection string where i use DSN connection to connect to the MS SQL Server 2005 from my asp page, I am not able to set the connection where as i can achieve it using DSN-less connection string. ODBC DSN is created perfectly and test is successful when i see from the tool.
