How can I Insert a Paragraph in Microsoft Office XL Sheet

I am tried pasting a paragraph copied from a text file to a XL sheet cell but it is breaking after the first paragraph and jumping to next cell which i don’t want to happen. Please let me know the trick to paste a text file content to a XL sheet cell without jumping to multiple cells.
