Why do I get error WinHttp.WinHttpRequest error '80072ee2' The operation timed out

I am using Server.CreateObject("WinHttp.WinHttpRequest.5") in my code but i am timing out and getting an error: WinHttp.WinHttpRequest error ’80072ee2’ The operation timed out. I am new in asp so don’t know what to do here. If you have any solution, please help me.
