What is the difference between the .aspx page and .aspx.vb/cs page

I am a newbie, I am really confused thinking about so many types of files in .net. One among those will be, what is the difference between the .aspx page and .aspx.vb/cs page? Where we can use .aspx.vb and .aspx.cs pages? I have never seen web pages with such extensions, are they just some include files?
