Is an ASP or an ASP.NET page is Faster to Load

I was wondering which of these pages load faster on web. Is it the asp or asp.net or htm page? Do you have any clue which type of pages load faster. Please let me know so that i can create a simple page to so my bio on web. Thanks for your time and guidance.
