How can we insert record to MS access database table?

I am a beginner in dot net, i have no such experience on it so I am facing lots of problems when I am going through books or working on a project. I have a problem, I am trying to enter a record into MS database table but I am getting some errors. Please let me know a query that works in asp.net to insert a record to MS Access database.
