Domain Controller Removed from SQL Server 2008 Database Server

I am getting an error each time i want to start my services, the domain controller is removed accidentally from the server by my administrator and hence causing the issue for me.
Error: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion, you need administrator privileges to be able to start/stop this service. (SQLSAC)
