FCKEditor Error: You have no Permissions to Create the Folder

I am a web programmer and using fck editor for one of my application. This is an asp version of the fck editor and for some reason when I am trying to browse the server to publish one image then I am getting "You have no Permissions to Create the Folder", at the same time when I click browse to upload one image the page just hangs. Can I get some help here?
